Terms of Service
Surfside Watersports Orlando LLC
Effective Date: April 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms By booking or participating in a rental with Surfside Watersports Orlando LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility Renters must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued ID. Operators must meet all Florida boating laws and requirements. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an authorized adult.
3. Safety Requirements All operators must complete a safety briefing prior to operation. Life jackets must be worn at all times.
The following will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund: reckless or unsafe operation; operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol; violation of instructions or safety guidelines.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Operating a rental boat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, death, collision, or property damage. By renting, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation. Surfside Watersports Orlando LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the equipment, except where required by law.
5. Damage & Financial Responsibility Renters are fully responsible for any damage caused to equipment during the rental period, including but not limited to: engine or mechanical damage, hull damage, and recovery or towing costs. A security deposit may be authorized and/or charges may be applied to cover damages, losses, or violations of rental terms.
6. Cancellation Policy Surfside's final cancellation and weather policies will be provided during booking and included in the rental agreement. Contact Surfside for the current policy before reserving. Surfside Watersports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to weather or safety concerns.
7. Late Returns Late returns may result in additional charges. Continued use beyond the rental period without approval may result in further fees or legal action.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
